My mental trick is to th...I'm totally with you. My mental trick is to think about where I want to be in my ideal scenario, pick on element of that and give myself five years to get there. Then you can imagine yourself in five years time and think back on all the things you did to get there. <br /><br />For some reason I find that less daunting than thinking of me where I am now and planning 12 months in advance. It gives room for flexibility.
